Throughout Ben's life, he has had the privilege of living in nine different countries, exposing him to diverse cultures. In each new place, he found comfort and connection through his love for sports, using them as a way to adapt to change and form new friendships.

His passion for sports was ignited at the young age of six, while living in Dubai, where he began playing football and tennis. This sparked a dream of one day becoming a professional athlete.

From the ages of eight to ten, Ben and his father traveled across Canada, allowing him to compete in various sports and represent his school and academy in Calgary. This experience further fuelled his dedication to sports.

During his high school years in the South of France, Ben seized the opportunity to study Sports Science, earning a distinction grade.

This academic achievement increased his ambition to excel as a well-rounded sportsman, leading him to participate in multiple competitive sports both on and off campus. His efforts were recognised through numerous awards and trophies, including the prestigious title of "Athlete of the Year" for his outstanding performances in track and field events.

Following his high school graduation, Ben pursued further education by becoming a certified personal trainer through NASM and completing the TRX suspension training course. He continued his football career in Malaysia, reaching the semi-professional level.

However, a year of play was cut short by a significant injury that tore his ACL and meniscus. This setback required a year of physical therapy, during which Ben focused on injury prevention and rebuilding his mental strength.

Today, Ben utilises his experience as a qualified sportsman to coach his clients, specialising in strength and conditioning and athlete development. Through his guidance, he aims to help others reach their full potential and become the best versions of themselves.
