She has a keen interest in gathering knowledge about nutrition and exercise, always staying health conscious.

From a young age, dance captured her heart, as she entered her mid-20s, she faced some self-consciousness about joining a gym, but that didn’t deter her determination to lead a healthy lifestyle. Instead, she took proactive steps and started working out at home with YouTube videos.

Beyond her passion for fitness, she has successfully navigated the corporate world while exploring her interests in HR and soft skills.

In 2021, her passion for physical and mental health soared to new heights. Inspired by “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” she committed herself to building lasting habits through discipline and consistency.

For 21 days, she focused on jogging and running, while also staying active through hiking and achieving 10k steps daily. Tennis became another exciting addition to her routine. Her dedication to personal growth and a positive mindset has been the driving force behind her transformative fitness journey.
